Dave is a managing director, head of US Intermediary Distribution, and president of RBC Funds at RBC Global Asset Management (US) Inc. In this role, he is responsible for leading the firm's U.S. intermediary sales efforts across all client segments, developing and executing a distribution strategy, and working closely with the firm's shared service partners, including marketing, product, business intelligence and competitive analysis teams. Additionally, he works to build strong relationships across various retirement, insurance, and wealth platforms. Prior to joining RBC GAM in 2018, Dave worked for an American global investment management firm as head of retirement and head of the defined contribution investment only (DCIO) and sub-advisory business. He had direct management of national account managers, oversight of the DCIO sales consultant team, and variable annuities sales consultant team. Dave's experience also includes working for another large U.S. asset management firm, where he held various management roles within the intermediary business. He started his career in the investment industry in 1993. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Johns Hopkins University.
