Victoria is an internal sales associate on the intermediary sales team at RBC Global Asset Management (U.S.) Inc., based in Boston. In this role, she collaborates with intermediary sales directors to develop and execute the team's business development strategy, cultivating designated accounts and territories to drive revenue growth and build a robust sales pipeline across diverse channels. Victoria also plays a crucial role in expanding intermediary sales efforts, establishing, and nurturing strategic partnerships, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and collaborating closely with the marketing team to leverage the firm's intellectual capital. In addition, she has the responsibility of developing her own pipeline within the Registered Investment Advisor and Broker-Dealer space in the West and Midwest. Victoria joined the organization in 2021, which is when she began her career in the investment industry. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The College of the Holy Cross.
